Refund Policy

Addvisions Media Solution upholds a strict no-refund policy. Once a project begins and resources are allocated, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.

1. Agreement Duration Our services are provided for a fixed 12-month period. This agreement is legally binding and ensures dedicated resources, planning, and execution throughout the contract period. 2. No Refund After 1 Month Clients are not eligible for a full or partial refund after the first 30 days of the agreement. Since the service is planned and resources are allocated for the entire duration, early termination does not qualify for a refund. 3. First Month Eligibility Refund requests may be considered only within the first 30 days from the service start date, under the following conditions: If the service has not started or there is a delay from our side. If the delivered service does not match the agreed scope. If there is a proven service failure. Once 30 days have passed, the agreement will be considered fully accepted, and no refund will be issued.

Note for client

If there is any delay from the client’s side, including but not limited to: Failure to provide required documents, content, approvals, or information Delay in communication or response Delay in payments as per the agreed schedule Postponement or rescheduling requests Non-availability for meetings or coordination Then: The project timeline will automatically be extended. The company will not be held responsible for any delay in completion. No refund (full or partial) will be provided due to client-side delay. Since resources, time, and planning are allocated based on the signed 1-year agreement, any interruption or delay caused by the client does not qualify for cancellation or refund.

Unforeseen delays may occasionally occur, but these only serve to maintain the highest quality standards. Every effort is made to deliver exceptional results, even if minor timeline adjustments become necessary.
